A Letter From Our Children's Pastor

Hey Friends,

Recently I purchased an ipod and I have had soooo much fun selecting what to put on it. I have copied music from my favorite CD’s, purchased songs from the iTunes store and downloaded FBC podcasts. I can even spend hours shopping for TV shows, movies or other inspirational talks from the comfort of my home. Yea, the choices are limitless, but the storage capacity of my ipod isn’t!

You know that reminds me that daily we make choices of what we will do. Sure some activities are “required”…school, work, meals, sleep, but how do we decide the “other” stuff? Yea, these are limitless too, but the time we have isn’t.

I hope this year we will be selective with what we allow to occupy our time & lives. May we seek to put Jesus first, others second and ourselves last.
